Attentive Release
What is Attentive Release?
Attentive Release is based on traditional asian medicine, healing and spirituality.
The process of releasing pain and inner stress is a conscious process in which different elements have to fall into place for the release to happen.
Attentive Release is natural, deep and in its essence very simple.
It removes what blocks the life force from entering to heal. When life force enters, it starts to uproot the cause of pain and mental stress and the healing can happen naturally.
How does an Attentive Release Process look like?

In Attentive Release, you need to be open to engage yourself in the process of healing. This is an important part of what is called active treatment. However, this does not exclude the passive treatment, which I can offer, that benefit your energy, mental state, peace and wellbeing.
Each session is tailored according to your needs.

Online and In Person

Attentive Release is designed to be integrated naturally in the flow of your life. I offer sessions both online and in person. So that we can be flexible in your entire healing process. It gives dynamics and makes the flow easy.

How does it Work?

The symptoms of Pain and inner Stress are addressed with conscious presence. When this union have been established, the roots of that what causes the physical or emotional pain will be released.
Attentive Release is efficient because we only address what we can be conscious with: body, feelings, thoughts and thought patterns.
I use different tools to address and to activate conscious awareness. All modalities have the one thing in common, they are alive in the present moment.
These methods can be categorized into:

emotions
energy
mind
body
Both Active and Passive

Some of these modalities are active, meaning you are active in body or in supported inquiry into yourself. Others are passive, where I offer different treatments to support the opening of energy channels and the loosening of tension.
The process of Attentive Release is not a static system, it’s an organic interaction between you and me.
